Our process is simple: PK Construction will first conduct a preliminary analysis of your needs, presenting you with a proposal with options. Upon your authorization, the project will proceed to the next phase of drawings and documentation as required for approvals, permits, and construction. Once all permits are approved construction can begin, with our experienced staff overseeing each step of the way.
